Vaginal Rejuvenation

What is Vaginal Rejuvenation?

The Vaginal Rejuvenation Procedure involves making two injections with platelet rich plasma (PRP). The first injection in the clitoris and the second injection in the vagina in the area of the Grafenburg spot or “G-Spot”, the erotic zone within the vagina in the proximity of the urethra. Platelet Rich Plasma enables the body to use its own natural growth factors to rejuvenate, strengthen and tighten the ligaments, tendons and tissues that support the bladder and the bladder sphincter thereby reducing incontinence. For sexual dysfunction, Platelet Rich Plasma regenerates the nerve function, smooth muscle function and increases angiogenesis, therefore enhancing sensitivity and sensation.

This procedure has helped countless women restore their self-esteem and strengthen relationships that have suffered because of sexual dysfunction. Vaginal dryness, painful intercourse, stress incontinence, and difficulty or inability to achieve an orgasm all factor into decreased sexual pleasure, but these issues can be corrected.

This nonsurgical procedure is fast, relatively painless and completely safe. Most patients report little to no pain and discomfort during and after the injections. While you may feel a bit of warmth or slight pinch during the injections, these sensations only last a few minutes. You are welcome to return to your normal physical activity and sexual activity immediately after the treatment.

Potential Benefits of Vaginal Rejuvenation

  • Reduced urinary stress incontinence
  • Increased libido
  • Improved ability to orgasm and greater frequency
  • Decreased pain during intercourse
  • Increased natural lubrication
  • Tighter vaginal opening

How long does it take to experience noticeable results?

Some women notice an increase in sexual function right away. However, it can take up to three to six months for women to enjoy results for both sexual function and urinary incontinence. The number of treatments required depends on each individual patient, however 2 to 4 treatments are average. Treatments are suggested 6-8 weeks apart. Results usually last 12 to 18 months.
